General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Goods travel at the Customer’s risk.

2. All prices are intended excluding VAT and ex works at the Seller’s premises. Any shipping costs charged to the customer are determined based on distance and weight/volume.

3. The prices indicated refer to completed processing. In the absence of an agreement with the customer regarding the timing of the complete processing of the order, CAMPIONTEX reserves the right to review the prices after this document.

4. No claims or unauthorized returns will be accepted after 15 days from receipt of the goods.

5. Any request for items shall be considered subject to acceptance of the customized order proposal that CAMPIONTEX will send to the Customer, valid for 30 days.

6. Every order proposal must be accepted by the selling company. If CAMPIONTEX does not formally accept the order within 30 days of receipt, it shall be considered accepted. CAMPIONTEX will communicate to the customer, from time to time, the minimum purchase order.

7. Due to production requirements, we reserve the right to deliver and invoice 5% more or less than the quantity ordered.

8. In the event of delay or irregularity in payments, CAMPIONTEX reserves the right to suspend ongoing supplies, even if not related to the payment in question, to change the payment and discount terms for subsequent supplies, and to request advance payment or the issuance of additional guarantees. Starting from the due date of payment, and without the need for a formal notice of default, commercial interest will be charged at the official discount rate increased by three points, along with reimbursement of banking expenses incurred.

9. Payments must be made at our registered office, and those made to others will not be recognized unless they have special authorization. Unless otherwise formally agreed, the Customer shall pay 50% of the order value upon acceptance and the balance before the agreed shipment. If the Customer delays payment of the balance for more than 15 days from the agreed shipment date and/or fails to collect the ordered goods within 15 days after our notification of order completion, CAMPIONTEX may charge a warehouse handling fee of €50.00 plus VAT per day until delivery. All order changes communicated after acceptance will be rejected.

10. In the case of material provided to CAMPIONTEX for processing, once the work is completed, unless otherwise agreed and in the absence of further formalized orders from the Customer, the Customer shall collect the remaining material at their own expense within 15 days.

11. In the event of the involvement of other suppliers in the production process (e.g., paper converting, printing, etc.), CAMPIONTEX shall be liable to the Customer solely for its part of the processing. The specific production process of CAMPIONTEX products requires adequate storage of the finished product by the customer (location, climate conditions, temperature, and humidity level). Any damage caused by these or other poor storage conditions shall not be attributable to CAMPIONTEX.

12. For any dispute, the competent court shall be that of Vicenza.

The clauses referred to in points 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9 are expressly approved. Please inform us of any errors/omissions concerning your personal or tax data. Without your communication, the data reported here will remain valid, and we shall consider ourselves free from any responsibility and sanction.

By this document, authorization is given for the processing of data pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003.
